“There's actually something really unique magical and creative in here and most people haven't given them themselves a chance, the opportunity, or even found a teacher who is so masterful and present in their own craft and who could help people.”
Moumin - Wellness Professional
You carry music in you. But bringing it fully into the world is another matter.
Maybe you know dozens of beautiful medicine songs, but when you pick up the guitar, you find yourself playing the same strumming pattern over and over.
Maybe you can sing freely when you're alone, but your voice tightens when you perceive others are listening.
Maybe you've been playing guitar for years, but still feel dependent on chord sheets, familiar rhythms, or other musicians to carry the music.
Maybe you've sat in ceremonies or song circles, felt how profoundly music can move people, and wondered what it would take to offer that yourself.
Or perhaps you're already facilitating and you know how to hold space, but when it's time to lead a song, accompany a prayer, or respond musically to the energy of the room, you don't yet have the freedom that you'd really like to experience.
You don't necessarily need to focus on learning new songs. You need to develop the musician in you who can bring your songs to life.
That means developing your ears, hands, voice, rhythm, and musical understanding, while transforming your relationship with practice, self-consciousness, and being seen and heard.
Because the more you deepen your musicianship, the more freely you can give yourself to the music.
6 things you'll be able to do once you've logged off:
1
See the musician you're becoming, and know what it will take to get there.
Connect with your highest musical vision, recognize what's been standing between you and that vision, and identify the next steps toward making it real.
Play devotional music with greater confidence, rhythm, and freedom.
Develop your guitar accompaniment through progressive exercises that meet you at your current level, from foundational chords and strumming to more expressive techniques and musical arrangements.
2
Sing with greater ease, presence, and connection.
Explore your voice through guided practices and devotional singing, beginning to release unnecessary tension, self-consciousness, and the pressure to perform.
3
Bring your guitar and voice together into one coherent musical offering.
Discover how to coordinate rhythm, melody, and accompaniment so your attention can gradually move beyond managing the mechanics and into expressing the music.
4
Listen, follow, and lead with greater musical sensitivity.
Explore how rhythm, dynamics, and attentive listening allow you to participate more confidently with other musicians and in the shared musical experiences you guide.
5
Know exactly what to practice next, and why.
Leave with a clearer picture of your strengths, your current musical edges, and a practical direction for developing the skills and presence you need to share your music with others.

Come with whatever musical experience you have.
If you know three chords, you'll have something to work with.
If you've been playing for years,
you'll discover new depths in the same music.
The two-day journey
DAY ONE: Becoming the Sacred Musician
From a sense of musical longing to confident, embodied practice.
Connect with your Highest Musical Self
Through guided meditation and reflection, you'll meet the musician you're becoming, clarify the way you want music to live through you, and recognize what stands between your present abilities and that vision.
Guitar Lab: Agida Agide // Sirenita Bobinzana // Hino Pra Iemanja // Cuatro Vientos
We'll study a beloved medicine song from foundational chords and steady strumming through more advanced rhythmic patterns, fingerpicking, and tablature.
You'll discover how one song can become an entire world of musical study, and how a clear, progressive approach can bring greater freedom and fluency to your playing.
Voice & Devotional Expression: Om Mani Padme Hung Shri
Through vocal warmups, guided singing, and exploration of the mantra of compassion, we'll work toward a more open, relaxed, and expressive relationship with your voice.
We'll then bring the guitar and voice together, exploring accompaniment and rhythmic patterns inspired by Indigenous Amazonian music in a meeting of Tibetan Buddhist devotion and Amazonian musical influence.
DAY TWO: Becoming the Musician in Service
From personal practice to musical relationship, expression, and leadership.
Rhythm, Listening & Leadership: Red Thread
Using the buffalo drum, clapping, and body percussion, we'll explore the foundations of musical relationship: listening, counting, following, responding, and leading.
You'll experience how a steady pulse creates a foundation for collective singing, connection, and shared musical expression.
Guitar Lab: From Rhythm to Accompaniment
We'll carry the rhythmic principles into the guitar, exploring how to support a song with greater musical intention, precision, and sensitivity.
As on Day One, the exercises will offer different levels of challenge, so you can deepen your musicianship from wherever you begin.
The Arc of a Song Circle
Explore how musical dynamics, energy, pacing, and attentive listening can turn a sequence of songs into a meaningful shared experience.
Discover the foundations of opening a musical space, building intensity, allowing release, and guiding a song toward a natural completion.
Your Path Forward
Reflect on your progress and identify the skills, practices, and support that can carry you into your next chapter.
We'll complete the experience with music, reflection, and dedication.
This is not another workshop where you spend hours listening to inspiring ideas and leave wondering how to put them into practice.
Over two immersive days, you'll have your guitar in your hands, your voice in the room, and opportunities to learn, practice, reflect, and receive guidance.
We'll work with real sacred music, exploring how devotion, disciplined musicianship, and musical leadership develop together.
Whether you're learning your first chords or already sharing music in ceremonies, you'll be invited to meet yourself where you are and discover your next edge.

"I honestly loved working with Benny. I really appreciated his humor, his lightness, and also his ability to keep showing up authentically while clearly holding a lot behind the scenes.
That felt very inspiring to witness. I could really feel how much work and care and intention went into the container he created for us during 12 weeks. I’m genuinely grateful for that."
— Ivana
“It’s been such a valuable lesson, and to have this group, even this small group, and you Benny, has been huge for me. It’s been amazing just to have that little bit of dialogue and to be able to talk about it. Even just meeting on Sundays and doing that has really helped."
— Matt
"I decided to work with Benny because I love what he plays. I love the songs that he is teaching in his courses. So for me, it was an opportunity to learn from one of the best.
And when I got in, I got to develop both of my hands and learn a different way of playing music, which gave me more inspiration to write music, which I wasn't doing anymore.
I really recommend it because you have in the page in the web all the information, the videos, everything you need to keep going at your own pace. And also you have one lesson per week where you can solve all your questions. I think Benny guided us very well.”
— Nana
"You just need one person to be ignited to feel the inspiration and ignite yourself. Like when you see the spirited person, the fire spreads, right?
And for me, I’ve really felt it and seen so many spirited people. It helped me go back and feel my own fire.”
— Tamara
"This work is I think some of the most important work that anybody can do in this day and age.
This is more than just voice activation; this is way deeper, way more profound and at this time in my opinion this is the work. One of the most important work.
There's actually something really unique magical and creative in here and most people haven't given them themselves a chance, the opportunity, or even found a teacher who is so masterful and present in their own craft and who could help people.”
— Moumin
"I've just been reflecting on how grateful I am for this opportunity that we've had to build a real relationship with this instrument and this music, and such a consistent and eager daily practice that I've never had before.
Even when I studied a different instrument for almost a decade, I never felt that sense of connection, devotion to my daily practice.”
— Brad
This experience is for you if:
✔️ You know songs, but feel you've reached the limits of simply learning more repertoire
✔️ You want greater confidence with your voice, instrument, rhythm, and musical decision-making
✔️ You can feel a gap between the music inside you and what you're currently able to express
✔️ You want to develop real musicianship, not just memorize songs
✔️ You want a more focused, consistent relationship with practice
✔️ You are willing to meet the frustration, vulnerability, and inner work that musical growth can bring
✔️ You want to listen, participate, experiment, and learn alongside other people on a similar path
✔️ You want your music to become more grounded, embodied, and genuinely useful in the spaces you serve
This probably isn't the right experience for you if:
❌ You're mainly looking to collect more songs without developing the musicianship underneath them
❌ You're looking for shortcuts that avoid practice, repetition, or discomfort
❌ You want to stay completely passive rather than sing, listen, reflect, and participate
❌ You're unwilling to look honestly at the places where your musical habits may be keeping you stuck
❌ You're looking for a performance opportunity rather than a learning environment
❌ You have no real intention of continuing to practice after the event

If something inside of you is saying yes, trust that.
That feeling that there is more music in you than you are currently able to express - pay attention to it.
The song you can hear but not quite play.
The freedom you can sense but haven't yet found in your voice.
The part of you that knows your relationship with music could become deeper, steadier, and more alive.
You don't need to know exactly what is missing yet.
You don't need to be able to name whether it's technique, confidence, rhythm, listening, practice, or something more internal.
Part of what we'll do over these two days is help you hear that more clearly and develop a language around it.
If you've been feeling called to take your musicianship more seriously - not simply to learn more songs, but to become more fully available to the music you carry -
this is your invitation to find out what the next step is.

Because this is a free, live experience, I ask each participant to fill out a questionnaire and book a short call with me before the event, and an integration call afterwards. This helps me understand where you are in your musical journey and what would make these two days most valuable for you.
After you submit this form, you’ll fill out the questionnaire and then choose your call time on the next page.
“As to what we call music in everyday language, to me architecture is music, gardening is music, farming is music, painting is music, poetry is music.”
